Goal:

 

The goal of this Module is to share with Bilingual teachers important issues related to the development of their Sociocultural Competence in benefit of their students’ communicative competence.

 

 

Objectives:

 

• Bilingual teachers will recognize the importance of the Sociolcultural Competence in Bilingual Education.

 

• Bilingual teachers will identify the Sociocultural competence in Spanish: sociocultural domain of persons about Spanish Language and Culture.

 

• Bilingual teachers will identify the Sociocultural competence in English: sociocultural domain of persons about English Language and American Culture.
